Dr India Whitehouse

India is a clinical psychologist with 20 years experience specialising in addressing autism spectrum conditions, particularly ‘high functioning’ autism which used to be called Asperger’s, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, complex post traumatic stress disorder, family therapy, cognitive assessments, anxiety and depression. She works with adolescents (from 13 years old and older) and adults. She particularly enjoys working with young adults.

If you are suffering with inattention, difficulty regulating emotions, low motivation, shut-downs, academic difficulties, emotion regulation challenges, depression and/or anxiety, melt-downs, low self-esteem, procrastination, social difficulties, bullying at school, home or in the work place, India can help.

She is also deeply cognisant of the critical importance of personalised nutrition for optimum mental and emotional health.

Having trained as a holistic dentist, Toby made an important life and professional change, retraining in order to help the many people he was encountering who, due to their spectrum traits, were finding daily life overwhelming and difficult to manage. He is an Executive Functioning and Neurodivergent Life Coach, Movement Method™ Basic Mentor, art therapist and musician. And uses all of the modalities in his work with clients.

He has great success connecting with, and helping, both verbal and non-verbal autistic clients. A further strength is his natural ability to aid both young and older people on the autism spectrum in helping them adapt their special interests into positive work and career opportunities and manage their lives in a productive and successful manner.
