Neurodivergent Life Coaching

Knowing your habits and patterns, and therefore learning to know yourself leads to the know-how and ability to change your life.

Getting to know the traits of an autistic/ADHD brain adds to your coaching success

Typical life coaching tends to focus on working with a coach to recognise and realise your goals and life purpose. Along the way you learn to discover and work through habits and patterns that have been creating resistance to your goals and progress. Knowing your habits and patterns, and therefore learning to know yourself leads to the know-how and ability to change your life.

With an autistic or neurodivergent brain the same applies but can often be made more complex through various levels of Executive Dysfunction, increased anxiety / depression levels, social challenges, academic challenges, rigid / repetitive behaviours and often ADD / ADHD elements.

To help with these factors we work using a holistic, tailored approach specific to each individual’s needs. Contact us now for neurodivergent life coaching.
